2. Crushing and sorting equipment

Grinder: adopts grinding disc type structure. By adjusting the clearance between grinding disc and disc. Perform high-speed rotary grinding. Make the particle size reach the recycling demand. Refine the crushed material. Make it grind into powder. Facilitate the subsequent full recovery and processing.
Vibrating screen: through the circular vibrating screen, separate the materials of different particles individually. Thus further separation and recovery.
Gravity sorting: Silicon powder and copper chips are separated from copper by gravity sorting. The rest of the materials enter the electrostatic sorting.
Electrostatic separation: the powder material, through the high-pressure static separation way. So as to separate out: metal and non-metal. That is: silicon powder and plastic.
