Sludge carbonisation furnace working principle:

High energy pyrolysis gas is released. Eventually. It is then discharged by the discharge system. The gas produced by pyrolysis is combusted, sprayed and purified. Sludge carbonisation furnace components:
The whole production line is composed of: carbonisation furnace, inlet and outlet device, gasifier, burner, gas purification system, PLC control system and so on. Gas-making equipment in the pre-gasification furnace. It can provide the heating body for the sludge carbonisation furnace in the preliminary stage. At the bottom of the carbonisation furnace, the furnace body is heated externally by the burner. Carbonisation furnace includes: feeding conveyor, furnace body, feeding port, connecting pipe, active sprocket, chain, reducer, motor frame, discharge port, screw conveyor and other components. The inside of the furnace body adopts the screw propulsion type. It can heat the material fully and evenly. Gasifier gas and flue gas from dry distillation are sent to gas purification system through induced draft fan to be converted into combustible gas. Then it reaches the combustion chamber at the bottom of the dry distillation furnace through the gas pipeline for combustion. It can be used as carbonisation heat source for continuous production. Thus completing the resource recovery. There will be no secondary pollution.
