What is Biomass Carbonisation Furnace?

Biomass refers to: various organic materials produced by photosynthesis in the atmosphere, water, and land. Biomass is organic material that can grow. Just like plants, animals, etc. Common biomass are: straw, rice husk, coconut shell, fruit shell, bamboo, branches and other biomass waste. Biomass Carbonisation Furnace technology is to heat and pyrolyse the biomass waste under the condition of five sheep. Thus it is decomposed into charred solids, gases, liquids, and so on. Biomass Carbonisation Furnace has the characteristics of high efficiency, environmental protection, energy saving and so on. So it becomes an important promoter of low temperature economy. Biomass Carbonisation Furnace can recycle all kinds of waste, so as to realise waste into treasure.

Biomass Carbonisation Furnace working principle:

Continuous Biomass Carbonisation Furnace production line is usually composed of: feeding system, charring system, cooling system, discharging system, environmental protection system, discharging system and so on. The biomass material enters the charring furnace through the feeding system. The speed of the feeding system can be adjusted according to the production demand. The material is sent to the Biomass Carbonisation Furnace through the conveyor. Under the high temperature condition, the material will be decomposed by organic pyrolysis. The non-carbon elements can be discharged as gases. The remaining solid is carbide. The gas produced during the whole charring process can be reused as gas combustion. The carbonised material passes through the pyrolysis system to cool the material. Then it is discharged through the discharge system. Thus the tonne packet collection is carried out. Equipped with automated control system, it can realise the automated operation of feeding, discharging, temperature and other processes.

What is Biomass Carbonisation Furnace?

Biomass carbonisation furnace can be used as a green and low carbon technology. Convert waste into high value-added carbonised materials and achieve efficient use of resources. Vigorously developing the biomass carbonisation industry can contribute to the green low-carbon cause. It promotes the sustainable development of green ecology.
