What Is Continuous Carbonisation Furnace?

Continuous carbonisation furnace is adopting environmentally friendly charring technology. It is very different from the traditional intermittent paring equipment. It has the advantages of high efficiency, continuity, environmental protection and other characteristics. Continuous carbonisation furnace is commonly used for carbonisation of biomass raw materials such as wood, coconut shells, fruit shells, walnut shells, wood chips, rice husk, straw, etc. It can carbonise biomass raw materials under oxygen-poor conditions. The biomass raw materials can be pyrolysed at high temperature under oxygen-poor conditions. It will be decomposed into solid carbon products. Thermochemical conversion process of gas and liquid. It can promote the green low-carbon economy.

What Is Continuous Carbonisation Furnace?

Continuous Carbonisation Furnace Process: it is mainly combined by feeding system, carbonisation pyrolysis system, material cooling system, discharging system and so on. Biomass raw materials are fed into the continuous carbonisation furnace through the feeding system. The carbonisation furnace is propelled by a continuous rotating spiral. It keeps moving along a certain path. Under the condition of high temperature pyrolysis. Decompose the organic material. The decomposed non-carbon elements are discharged in the form of gas. The remaining carbon elements are solid biomass charcoal. After carbonisation, the material then enters the cooling system. The material is cooled to below 80°C. The material is cooled to a suitable temperature by natural cooling or water cooling. The cooled finished carbon is discharged through the discharging system. Then it enters the packing system to complete the packing.

Advantageous features of continuous carbonisation furnace: Biomass carbonisation furnace adopts advanced high temperature pyrolysis technology. Its pyrolysis efficiency is high. And environmental protection and energy saving with low energy consumption. The liquid and gas produced after carbonisation can be recycled and reused. Thus reducing the emission of pollutants. The whole set of continuous carbonisation furnace equipment is equipped with PLC intelligent control system. Thus realising automatic operation of feeding, discharging, controllable temperature and so on. It can process many kinds of biomass raw materials. For example: agricultural waste, forestry waste, coconut shell, fruit shell, straw and so on. The biomass carbonisation product can be used as a renewable resource to replace fossil energy. It can reduce energy consumption.
