High pressure roll crusher is referred to as roll crusher. It is a new type of gravel crushing equipment. It is mainly used for fine crushing of ore and rock less than 80mm. It adopts the principle of high-pressure layer crushing, with large crushing ratio, large processing capacity, low product size, adjustable discharge size, high efficiency and energy saving. If the compressive strength of the material is greater than 250MPa, it is recommended to use roll crusher.

Working Principle: After the material enters the roller crusher, the crushed material will be crushed and squeezed by the interaction force between two rollers, and the finished material will fall naturally. The movable rolls can automatically back off by virtue of the force of hydraulic cylinder and spring window. The gap between the rolls increases, and the hard or unbreakable materials fall naturally, thus protecting the machine from damage. The gap between the two can be changed to control the maximum discharge size of the material product.

Raw Materials

Fly ash, coal, peat, rare earth, iron filings, mineral sand, yellow sand, bentonite and so on. Widely used in: mining, metallurgy, cement, chemical industry, electric power, coal, refractory materials, building materials and other industry fields. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing of various kinds of ores and other materials below high hardness.
