Continuous carbonisation furnace is a new type of efficient and environmentally friendly charcoal making equipment. It can dry distill and anaerobically carbonise wood chips, bamboo chips, nut shells, peanut shells, coconut shells, palm kernel shells, rice husk and other kinds of charcoal materials as well as coal materials through the continuous charcoal material, with a high rate of carbon production continuous carbonisation equipment. It can be used for large-scale production of rice husk charcoal, coconut shell charcoal and so on. Continuous carbonisation furnace is the main equipment for various specifications of charcoal briquette production line.

 

The flammable gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen produced during the conversation are recovered, purified and re-combusted to provide heat source. It solves the problem of thick smoke on the environment during the charring process of the charcoal furnace. It also solves the energy needed for the operation of the equipment. It improves the continuity of the whole day equipment.   Continuous carbonisation furnace is mainly composed of: feeding device, carbonisation furnace, discharging machine, conveyor, spray tower, cooling room, second combustion room, dust collector, activated charcoal adsorption, UV photo-oxygenation and so on. Technological Process

Vibrating feeder is using the eccentric block in the vibrator to rotate to produce centrifugal force. Make the movable parts such as screen compartment and vibrator make forced continuous circular or nearly circular motion. Vibrating feeder is composed of feeding trough body, exciter, spring support, transmission device and so on. The vibration source of the trough vibrating feeder is the exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and gears. By the motor through the triangle belt drive the active shaft, and then by the active shaft on the gear meshing passive shaft rotation. The main and passive shafts rotate in opposite directions at the same time, which makes the trough body vibrate and make the materials flow continuously. To achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
