Products Detail
Coconut shell charcoal made by coconut shell carbonisation furnace, high density. Compared with traditional charcoal and coal, it is more resistant to less and burns longer. After feeding through the inlet, the material enters into the internal high temperature carbonisation of the carbonisation furnace. The moisture in the coconut shell is completely evaporated by the high temperature carbonisation, and the carbonised material is sent out through the screw conveyor at the discharge port. After carbonisation, the coconut shell retains high composition and has high carbon content.
The complete set of equipment of coconut shell carbonisation furnace includes: screw feeder, main body of carbonisation furnace, induced draft fan, cooling machine, cooling tower, spray tower, induced draft fan and other parts.
Working principle: after crushing coconut shell. Put into the continuous coconut shell carbonisation machine. By the first ignition of the combustible gas produced by the gasifier pre-gas making. Carbonisation process back to the plant rate combustible gas to facilitate the secondary combustion. Continuous cycle using the heat generated by the self-burning self-burning. The flue gas produced in the process is purified. No smoke and dust in the production environment. Carbonisation furnace has the advantageous features of green environmental protection, high yield and energy saving, and can be produced continuously.
Raw Materials
Coconut Shell Carbonisation Furnace is applied to the carbonisation of coconut shell, fruit shell, walnut shell, chestnut shell and other materials to produce coconut shell charcoal. It can be used for carbonisation treatment of various types of carbonised materials.
Advantageous
1. Coconut shell carbonisation furnace is well manufactured, fast charcoal production, good carbonisation effect and other advantageous features.
2. The furnace body is made of stainless steel 310s. Can be customised according to customer requirements
3. It has the following features: strong and durable, good heat preservation, good carbonisation effect, high temperature resistance, etc.
4. the furnace body adopts double-layer structure design, the inner layer can be physical pre-carbonisation of materials, the outer structure of the material for high temperature carbonisation
5. The feeding port is set on the top of the furnace, which is convenient for feeding and large volume of pushing material.
6. Rapid cooling device, shorten the charring cycle. Increase processing capacity
Technological Process
The material feedstock is fed into the furnace and dewatered in the inner cylinder of the carbonisation furnace. It is prepared for subsequent thermal cracking. Subsequently, it enters the outer cylinder of the continuous carbonisation furnace. In the thermal cracking stage. Further heating to thermal cracking temperature. At this point, the biomass decomposes to produce combustible gases and bio-oil as well as solid carbon. Next, in the charring section, the solids are continuously charred at a certain temperature. The fixed carbon rate of the product is increased. Finally, the carbonisation is completed to the export and cooling section. The output carbon is effectively cooled. So that it can be exported safely.
