Biomass charring furnace is a new type of continuous biomass charring equipment with high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving as a whole developed by our factory. It can talk all kinds of different materials. For example: wood, fruit shells, coconut shells, branches, sawdust, bamboo shavings and so on. If the material appears to be longer. It only needs to be further crushed to complete the carbonisation. Biomass carbonisation furnace adopts continuous, layered carbonisation, cooling materials, environmental protection treatment, intelligent control, combustible gas and other production and recycling processes. Thus the quality of charcoal can be improved. It realises efficient and reasonable recycling and reuse of resources.   The materials are transported to the inside of the charring furnace through the feeding system. The interior of the charring furnace adopts closed structure. At the same time, it is equipped with nitrogen protection system. It can meet the condition of poor oxygen.

 

The materials are pyrolysed and carbonised at high temperature inside the biomass charring furnace. The pyrolysis decomposes carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen and other combustible gases. The gases are passed through in a recovery system for recirculation to heat the charring effect. The combustible gases in contact with heat can reach the normal gas volume and then shut down the carburetor. The charring furnace is self-supplied with its own heat source. The non-combustible gas is further purified by flue gas purification system. The final product is further cooled down by cooling machine. The cooled down material is collected through the conveying device.

Technological Process

 

Continuous operation of the continuous carbonisation furnace needs to realise that the material is continuously fed into the feed port under the operating condition of the equipment, and the carbonised raw material is continuously discharged through the carbon outlet, to keep the material moving in and out of the carbonisation furnace under the operating condition of the equipment, for a number of consecutive days.

 

This is based on the horizontal drum rotary process of the continuous carbonisation furnace, which realises the movement of the material in the carbonisation furnace, and then works with the dynamic sealing function of the inlet and outlet to achieve this. The dynamic sealing of the inlet and outlet ensures that the continuous feeding and discharging of carbon during the operation of the furnace does not disrupt the oxygen-free or oxygen-poor condition of the furnace.

 

The drum rotary mode of operation allows the carbonised material to move after entering the furnace from the inlet. Carbonisation is carried out while the material is moving. When the carbonisation is complete, the material moves to the discharge port to be discharged.
