Drying a certain humidity and particle size of the material.   Industrial dryer is composed of feeding device, dryer body, discharge device, cylinder screw device, induced draft device, transmission device, cleaning device, dust removal equipment, electrical and electronic control system and so on. The material is fed into the main body of the dryer through the feeding device.

 

Through the spiral propulsion type drying. The metal powder in the inner layer is constantly copied and scattered around by the coping board. The spiral propulsion carries out heat exchange. The metal powder is dried counter-currently from the other end. The material thus achieves the drying effect. The middle layer of the material and the other end and fall into the outer layer. Multi-circuit way is recommended. The material which reaches the drying effect is quickly discharged out of the cylinder under the action of hot air. The material that does not reach the drying effect is dried again by the platen. Until the drying effect is achieved.
