Working Principle: Waste circuit boards are further crushed by crushing and shredding machine. After crushing the material through the analyser air sorting. Qualified materials into the next step is gravity sorting. Larger materials at the bottom of the analyser into the sifter. The upper layer of material then through the grinding further grinding. Qualified materials enter the first step of the specific gravity sorting system to sort out copper powder. The lighter materials are then sorted out into plastic fibres by the electrostatic separator. Thus, copper powder and fibre resin powder are sorted out. The whole set of equipment is equipped with pulse dust collector. The dust generated by the high-pressure induced draft fan through the collector and pulse dust collector to dust separation and recycling. The whole system has a high degree of fineness for material recovery.
