Wood Charcoal Carbonisation Furnace

Wood Charcoal Carbonisation Furnace

The new environmentally friendly wood charcoal carbonisation furnace can be used for multiple purposes. It can be used to carbonise wood, logs, fruit wood, straw and other biomass. The whole process is smoke-free and pollution-free.

  • Capacity : 500kg/h-3000kg/h
  • Raw Materials : Timber, logs, coconut husk, straw, rice husk, sawdust, biomass, bark, coal, etc.

Products Detail

wood charcoal carbonisation furnace Wide range of applications. It can carbonise and pyrolyse biomass or metal materials. Applications: wood mill waste, plastic waste, paper mill waste, medical waste, solid waste, etc. Continuous carbonisation plant for making carbon blocks from wood raw materials in industrial production. wood charcoal carbonisation furnace mainly uses high temperature pyrolysis technology to convert wood into charcoal.   Wood charcoal carbonisation furnace usually consists of furnace body, combustion chamber, heat source, burner, inlet and outlet, cooling system, dust collector, intelligent control system and other components. Furnace body is the main part of wood carbonisation furnace, collectively known as cylindrical and rectangular shape. It is mainly made of corrosion and high temperature resistant materials. Built-in high temperature refractory bricks and so on. Inside the furnace body for the upper and lower parts. The upper layer is the carbonisation layer.

The lower layer is the combustion layer. The feeding port is on one side of the furnace body. The structure is open type, easy to operate. The exhaust port is located at the discharge port of the flue gas inside the furnace body.   The plant is located at the top of the furnace body. It is convenient for flue gas discharge. The flue is the passageway for discharging the flue gases out of the furnace body. It is usually tubular in shape. It can be connected to the chimney and discharge equipment. The heating chamber is the main source of carbonisation inside the furnace. Usually a burner or a heater.

Raw Materials

Wood charcoal carbonisation furnace can be applied in many industry fields. For example: chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, energy and other industry sectors.

Wood Charcoal Carbonisation Furnace

Advantageous

1. High efficiency and energy saving: wood carbonisation furnace adopts high temperature pyrolysis technology. It can make full use of wood resources. Thus, the utilisation rate of energy can be improved. Energy consumption can be reduced.

2. High production and high quality: through precise control of the parameters in the carbonisation furnace. The wood carbonisation furnace can improve the quality of charcoal production so as to meet the market demand.

3. Environmentally friendly and non-polluting: the combustible gas produced in the carbonisation process can be recycled and reused. Thus reducing harmful gas emissions. Meet the environmental standards.

Technological Process

Wood needs advanced preheating zone to receive thermal energy action. The moisture will be volatilised. The subsequent carbonisation process will be prepared. The preheated wood enters the carbonisation zone. In the high temperature and oxygen-poor environment. The cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the wood are gradually decomposed. Thus charcoal and combustible gas are made. The intelligent control system can precisely control the temperature and atmosphere to ensure the quality and capacity of charcoal. After carbonisation the material then passes through a cooling system. This reduces the temperature and stabilises the properties of the charcoal. The cooled material is ready for packaging and storage.
