Many electronic components and capacitors are present in the dismantled circuit boards of used electronic products. Capacitor pyrolysis can be the capacitor outer layer of plastic wrapping, aluminium shell, rubber, internal grease paper and aluminium foil. Carbonised by high temperature pyrolysis. Eventually the plastic, rubber and grease can be completely sent to charring. Completely removed, leaving only pure aluminium residue. The final products are recycled: aluminium and carbon powder. After a further sorting system. Separation of carbon powder and aluminium. In the middle, a magnetic separator is equipped to select magnetic materials such as iron.

Technological Process

 

Capacitors can be treated using the continuous carbonisation oven method. Firstly, the capacitors are put into the carbonisation furnace. And the carbonisation process is carried out. In this process, high temperature is generated in the furnace. So that the plastic, rubber and oil paper undergo carbonisation reaction. It is eventually removed completely. Only pure aluminium residue is left.
