Biomass pyrolysis furnace can be used to process a large number of biomass materials. For example: wood, waste crops, husks, straw, etc. Biomass pyrolysis is the conversion of biomass into solid carbon products and combustible gases by means of high temperature conditions. Biomass is heated to high temperatures and complete combustion does not occur under atmospheric conditions lacking oxygen. It can result in the gradual decomposition of the complex organic matter in the biomass. Liquid products such as tar, acetic acid and water can be produced. It can also release a large number of flammable gases. For example: methane, carbon monoxide and so on. The solid char products produced in the process of pyrolysis are heated. The residual substances that will be found in it are removed, thus increasing the solid carbon content of the carbon mass.

Technological Process

Biomass pyrolysis furnace is a reaction device to make biomass feedstock thermally decomposed into solid products, liquid, gas and so on. According to different pyrolysis technology process and characteristics. Biomass raw materials are transported to the drying device for drying through the feeding system. The biomass is dried and elevated using a temperature of about 120°C. Moisture is removed. Then it enters the cracking furnace body. Cracking is carried out at 500℃~800℃ after high temperature and oxygen-poor environment. Thus generating biomass charcoal, gas for: methane carbon monoxide and other combustible gases.
