Technological Process
1. The tyre is passed through the steel wire drawing machine to remove the tyre rim.
2. after removing the steel rim, the tyre will be shredded into pieces by the tyre shredder.
3. and then through the steel wire separator to separate the rubber and steel wire in the material.
4. The steel wire contains a small amount of magnetic material through the magnetic separator to separate out.
5. the remaining rubber crumbs are crushed to 1~7mm by the rubber granule machine.
6. Rubber granules of different sizes are screened and sorted. Larger materials are further crushed in a shredder.
7. Separation of foreign matter and fibres by means of a fibre separator.
8. Rubber particles are ground into powder by grinding machine.
9. Fully automatic packaging system to store and package the rubber powder.
