The waste lithium battery charged crushing and sorting equipment adopts: charged crushing + low-temperature drying + multi-group screening and sorting + dry stripping + gravity sorting and so on. So as to realise the efficient recycling and reuse of valuable metals. The whole set of equipment adopts dry physical machinery. The finished products are: black mass (pole powder), magnetic shell, aluminium foil, copper foil and so on.   Working Principle: Firstly, the waste lithium battery enters the oxygen-free charged shredder through the feeding system. Then through the low temperature drying system. Evaporate the electrolyte. Equipped with inert protection system, the waste lithium battery is dried with precise temperature control. Avoid its oxidation reaction. Reduces the generation of harmful gases.

 

Drying process wet electrolyte liquid will be purified and treated. Efficient physical separation. Battery materials are separated by advanced hammer vibration crushing, airflow sorting, fine crushing, screening, gravity sorting and so on. Thus, black matter (positive and negative active materials), copper, aluminium, magnetic shell and other fine separation is achieved. The purity and efficiency of resource recovery are improved.
