Active lime production line refers to the whole set of equipment for producing active lime. Activated lime rotary kiln is specialised for the calcination characteristics of limestone. New type active lime rotary kiln is used. The whole production line includes the main equipment: rotary kiln, preheater, cooler and so on. The electrical control system is designed and manufactured by our factory. The whole production line has the following advantageous features: large capacity, complete calcination, high utilisation rate, even quality, energy saving and environmental protection, long service life and so on. Limestone is put into the preheater for heating through elevator. Then it is calcined and decomposed through lime rotary kiln. After decomposition, the limestone enters the cooling machine for cooling. The cooled material is sent to the finished product warehouse through the conveyor.

Active Lime Rotary Kiln Production Line    

Advantageous

1. Advanced production process: the preheater adopts high-efficiency waste heat system, which can improve the preheating effect of its materials. The decomposition rate of limestone after preheating can reach about 35%. 2

. Activated lime rotary kiln adopts scale sealing. Stronger sealing. Prevent heat loss. Reduce the radiation heat loss.

3. Adopting vertical cooler, the material can be cooled to a temperature below 100℃. Convenient for subsequent transport and storage.  

 

Technological Process

The active lime production line first places the qualified limestone in the storage bin. Two hoppers are designed separately. Up and down two hoppers metering can control the charging amount. Limestone and then through the discharging system will be evenly distributed in the preheating chamber for heating. Limestone in the preheater. The material is heated to about 900℃. Which can decompose 30%. It is pushed into the active lime rotary kiln by a hydraulic pusher. The limestone is roasted at high temperature in the rotary kiln and decomposed into CaO and CO2. The decomposed limestone is put into the cooler. The temperature of the cooling air drops to below 100°C. The material is discharged. The cooling air temperature drops to less than 100℃, which is then discharged.  

 

Heat exchange 600 ℃ hot air into the kiln coal mixed fuel. The whole production line generated in the exhaust gas and then through the cold air system negative pressure collected to the dust collector heavy. Then through the environmental protection purification treatment. Finally, it is discharged into the chimney through the induced draft fan. The gas is discharged at high altitude. The cooled material is sent to limestone storage through conveyor. If necessary, it can be screened according to customers' requirements.
