Calcite is a kind of stone often used in the industrial field. It is often processed into refractory materials. Calcite is a non-metallic mineral. The surface is white. Calcite has the characteristics of high hardness, high density, not easy to weather and so on. The main equipment of calcite production line is: calcite rotary kiln, which is composed of: kiln body, kiln head, kiln tail, transmission system, support device, protection device, control system and so on. Calcite rotary kiln is commonly used in: chemical industry, metallurgy, construction, environmental protection and other industries. Customised metal design is available according to customers' requirements. Can meet the needs of different customers.

Technological Process

Calcite production line firstly places the qualified limestone in the storage bin. Two hoppers are designed separately. Up and down two hoppers metering can control the amount of charging. Calcite and then through the discharging system will be evenly distributed in the preheating chamber for heating. Calcite in the preheater. The material is heated to about 900℃. Which can decompose 30%. It is pushed to the calcite rotary kiln through the hydraulic pusher. The decomposed calcite is put into the cooler. The temperature of the cooling air drops to below 100℃. The cooling air temperature drops to below 100°C, which is then discharged.

 

Heat exchange 600 ℃ hot air into the kiln coal mixed fuel. The waste gas produced in the whole production line is collected to the dust collector through the negative pressure of the cold air system. Then through the environmental protection purification treatment. Finally, it is discharged into the chimney through the induced draft fan. The gas is discharged at high altitude. The cooled material is sent to calcite storage through conveyor. If necessary, it can be screened according to customers' requirements.
